There are so many options when it comes to car care, it can be overwhelming trying to research the “best” option. With choosing Texas Auto Detail, we aim to build trust from start to finish. Our goal is to inform you with the most accurate and honest information if you have any questions or concerns, and even in the areas where you really don’t know what to ask. We want to break down the barrier between being uninformed, and getting what you want. We are not here to nickel and dime you with our prices and processes. We want to make sure every customer that we provide services is satisfied.
Since we are a mobile auto detailing business, our customers get the convenience of staying home while we come to you. When you request a detail through our website, we will call you to confirm your booking, explain what we are going to be doing to your vehicle and answer any questions you may have. With being a first time customer, you may have some questions about what we do, what is the cost going to be and how much time the detail will take. We want to make sure you walk away with being comfortable with what you are going to receive.
We take punctuality very seriously, we understand that you have things to do and we do not want to keep you waiting! Before we begin our work, we will have a brief conversation about the detail that we will be performing to make sure we are on the same page to avoid any confusion. We also believe that this is a good time to do a walk-around of the vehicle so we can give you a better idea of whether the price of the service is going to change and if we see anything that we need to ask about. We do our best to stay within the time estimate that we mentioned however, as every cars condition is different there is no saying a 45 minute service will take exactly 45 minutes, although we try our best while sticking to providing excellent results. With being a first time customer, because I do not know you well enough, I can only accept cash as cash does not bounce.
We understand that life happens, kids get sick, things come up and getting your car cleaned is not your first priority and that is totally fine! With that being said, all we would like from you is to give us as much notice as possible so we can attempt to fill your spot with another booking as we stay very busy. There are no cancelation fees!
We do not charge by the hour, we charge by the service performed. We like to make sure that the finished product is to your standards and you are happy. If you pay for a specific detail and it takes four hours, the price will not change from what was mentioned when we arrived. We just want to take the necessary time to have an excellent end result.
- Since we are a mobile detail business, we bring MOST of what we need to your driveway. The only thing that we DO NOT provide is a source of power and water. We do bring our own hoses, extension cords and detail supplies, however, if you would like us to use a specific product that you have you are more than welcome to let us know.
- We also ask that if we are detailing your car in the summer months when it is scorching hot, that you have a shaded area such as a garage for us to dry the vehicle in especially if it is a dark color such as black, blue or red. Flash drying is a thing in Texas! With flash drying, it allows the water to dry on the car within minutes, sometimes seconds of it coming in contact with paint and windows.
- Remove all objects such as car seats, trash, bags, etc., from your vehicle before we arrive that would be of much help!

We do ask that you allow us to have access to an electrical outlet, water source and preferably a garage to dry/buff your vehicle in.
We would like to have access to your garage for a few reasons, one being that it is a lot easier to dry your vehicle in a shaded area rather than outside to avoid the water evaporating on the paint. During the summer months, in efforts to reduce water marks on the windows and paint an enclosed area is appreciated
Price is always subject to change, depending on the condition of the vehicle. More supplies may be required or longer duration of time spent on your vehicle outside the allotted amount of time.
